Plumbing :

The 9 bathrooms of the house were completely overhauled, receiving updated plumbing and new fixtures. The old water and fire mains that were running 300 feet from the street were all replaced, and a sleeve was installed to streamline future mainline replacement if necessary. New plumbing lines were utilized for the pool house addition, and the remodel of the kitchen. All new plumbing was installed to accommodate a state-of-the-art water treatment system that features UV light treatment, reverse osmosis, and intensive filtration.
